Has anyone here tried or used Crewfiction?

I received an email from an author/writing coach I follow, Sarah Elisabeth Sawyer, she’s been on the Novel Marketing podcast before. And she was promoting a marketing service for fiction authors called Crewfiction. Basically it looks like when building your platform, it bundles everything together for you (website, emails subscribers etc.). I’m very interested as I haven’t started my platform yet and finding it very daunting. So I know it is legitimate but just wanting to hear people’s experiences using it. Thanks!
