Help! Amazon won't let me set my price at 99c

Hi, so I hope I’m not utterly screwed here. I got selected for a BookBub deal and I planned on doing 99c, but just now I went to change the price on Amazon and it says the minimum price is 2.99?? Is there another way I’m supposed to be setting a discount, or is it just not possible and I'm going to have to eat the cost of the bookbub deal for not doing my due diligence?😭
