Help with Blog Indexing

Does anyone know how to fix these issues, and can you explain it to someone (me) who’s only been doing this for about a year and a half and knows nothing about HTML? 😆I’ve googled and googled and can’t figure out where I get rid of the robots.txt and noindex tags. I use Wordpress.

The two pages blocked by the noindex do have links to other articles I’m recommending to my readers. That might have something to do to it. But the robots.txt one is just a plain old blog post.
