How to Give Away Audiobook Before Launch?

Does anyone have any experience with giving away their audiobook to advance listeners?

I have heard of these options:

• BookFunnel ($100/year)

• NetGalley ($?)

• Audible Codes ($?)

Searches have not yielded any additional info on pricing or how to get audible codes.

I don’t plan to give away a lot, but I would love to offer this option to a few influencers who prefer listening to reading.
