Inbox full of marketing pitches

I have SO many marketing pitches for my novels in my email since the Spring of this year on most of my books. Has any other published authors experienced this lately? Especially through Reedsy? And if so, have you had experience dealing with people in this manner. There are so many scams and people taking advantage of others nowadays you just never know who to trust. And I don't have a large budget to play with either.
