Initial review of Press Ranger

I have been perusing the Press Ranger app, that is currently on AppSumo. It has a great feature. It creates press releases (which you can post on Press Ranger or on your own website). It simultaneously creates an email announcing the press release that you can fine-tune per recipient.

For my Press Release, I entered my Amazon page information with some reviews and it AI-generated that Press Release into a very good coordinating email.

While it gave me a list of potential 600 recipients, I can fine-tune them one by one and send it from my personal email to the recipient (blogger/podcaster). Alternately, I can just tell it to bulk-send (not so crazy about that option!).

I really like the CRM feature (which helps track your contact process).

I’ll let you know if I get much response from the emails. I need to read the PressRanger user’s guide to find out about best practices to avoid being tagged as spam. Also, this is a last-minute addition to my launch plan, so I didn’t really enlist it as I could during the first week of my book launch.

As for Books: The Podcast list for the category of BOOKS sector has a list of 3,296 podcasters (65 for sci-fi, 220 for fantasy, 55 for Christian). The Blogger list for BOOKS sector in non-exemplary (9 for fantasy, 1 for sci-fi, 6 for Christian; alternately, 4 for CHRISTIAN sector with books as a keyword).
