Instagram….HELP!!

I am an introvert but I know I need to start posting on Instagram on a regular basis to get the word out that I have a website, blog and upcoming book for people who are first in their family to accept Jesus as Savior (or one of the first in their family).

What kinds of things helped you to post on Instagram and Facebook? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
