Kickstarter / Amazon question

I’d like to do a kickstarter for my third book in series, but I also want to have it available as a pre-order on Amazon, because it’s a good way to drive sales for people who’ve just read book 2.

Are there any Amazon rules against doing this?

ie. if the book is released first on Kickstarter (as a special edition) and then later on Amazon KU, is that a problem from the Amazon TOS point of view?

Has anyone done this?
