Launch Team Ideas for Non Social Media Participants?

Hi, friends! (Thank you in advance!)

So as the title suggests, I’m running a launch team, and I’m struggling to find a big variety of ways for my non social media participants to, well, participate. There’s of course the email and text, which are technically more effective than social media, but there’s not as big of a variety of ways to use them. Here are my ideas so far

Email/ texted friends

Email texted friends with my own picture/ video

Created a post and sent it to someone else on the team to post (which could be a bit tricky to keep track of)

any other ideas?
