News hook question

Hi, friends, I’m going to launch my histfic novel on “Make a Difference Day” in October, which is close to my MC’s birthday. She was a suffragist and philanthropist, so there’s the connection between her and “Make a Difference Day.”

I’d like your feedback on this plan for media coverage:

Do a short video of me giving bags of clothing to my favorite women’s donation center (for women who’ve been sex-trafficked)—and a short promo of the organization

Make a list of my ten favorite places people can make a difference in my area

Send video and list local to radio and TV (they usually take me—as a relief from news of murders, if nothing else 😀) to get on their show. While on the show, mention my book too.

Request that viewers send me (or preferably the station) pictures or at least contact info for their favorite organization of places to volunteer

Offer to raffle a prize (like what? a reader magnet may not be relevant to all TV viewers. Maybe a GC?)

Would this be too hard to carry out at the beginning of my launch? Other problems you can envision? Looking forward to your comments! Thanks in advance.
