Promo Ideas for 1st MG book?

Hi everyone!

My first novel is releasing this June, book 1 in a 9-book Christian MG fantasy series. (It’s so crazy to realize it’s coming out this year!😭) To fill in time between now and its release, I want to continue promoting it and get potential readers hyped. But I don’t have a whole lot of ideas for how to promote it. So far, I have:

1) A currently small newsletter (which I try to route people to when they show interest in the series—that goal’s second only to people actually buying the book once it releases),

2) A slightly larger YouTube channel where I post behind-the-scenes videos, animations, and some funny random things (YT is the only real social media I dare go near),

and 3) a website and a GoFundMe, but the website isn’t as interactive as the newsletter or channel, and the GoFundMe gets no attention.

I am planning on launching a Kickstarter and a merch shop closer to my book’s release, and I should probably start trying to find podcasts or YouTube channels to be interviewed on. Other than these things, I don’t have any promo ideas. Does anyone have promo ideas or promos they’ve used that could help boost my book until its release?
