Question about Bloom for my Website

I’m working on building my new website and I wanted to use Bloom to create a pop-up for people to subscribe to my newsletter. I already bought Divi and I thought it came with Bloom, but I can’t figure out how to access or use it. I went to where you can add plug-ins, but the only “Bloom” was “Bloom for Publishers” and it was talking about geotagging and local news. Does anyone know how to find/use Bloom to make a pop-up?
