Question About Running Meta Ads

In order to run ads on FB and IG, you have to have accounts within those respective platforms. Does anyone have suggestions on best practices for this? Right now, I have a FB page with my author name on it, but I’m not trying to grow that page or post there at all, I simply want access to run Meta ads.

Is this what others are doing? Anything you guys have found that works better than this?
