Review prompt on Kindle

Hi everyone, whenever I buy an ebook and read it on my Kindle, as soon as the book ends, a review page pops up right away. I can see how this would lead to many reviews. I was under the impression that Amazon did this for all authors publishing ebooks on their site, but this isn’t true. I downloaded one of my books that is lacking in reviews from Bookfunnel directly to Kindle and had a look at the last page. All my back matter was there, previews of other books etc, but I did not see the review prompt from Amazon for the reader. I tried to contact their support and, for the first time ever, I couldn’t find an email or anything for them.

Does anyone know how to get that review page (the one with stars. I didn’t see a place to add commentary) to show up at the back of the ebook? Is that something I have to ask Amazon to do? Thanks!
