Trying to migrate to MailerLite

I’ve been trying for three days to open a MailerLite account so I can migrate my newsletter from MailChimp, but in spite of many attempts, I’ve never received the ML confirmation email that would allow me to complete my profile, set up my account and start sending my newsletter. Even when I’ve tried to contact their community for help, I can’t get through. Could anyone offer suggestions (beyond what’s in their help guides)? I’d be very grateful for any help!
