Anybody familiar with books.by?

With the proliferation of new platforms for authors to offer their books via direct sales, I recently came across books.by, which seems to easily offer books world-wide, from an author’s own “bookstore”, with only $5 shipping per.

Has anyone here used the service, or is familiar with it?
