Atticus Hangups

Hi guys, I’m trying to format a story for my subscribers and hit a few snags in Atticus. It seems it formats for the entire book and difficult to override for certain style preferences. Does anyone know how I can remove the space between March 1993 and the next line Quezon City, Philippines? They are both formatted as H4. Also how can I get the first paragraph to left align. All of the other paragraphs that follow a scene break left align, but I guess this one doesn’t since if follows the March line and Quezon line. I also have a problem on my page with other stories. Some left align, but one is indented. I’ve tried looking through the formatting options, but can’t figure this out. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
