Audio book instruction

Hi, I’m new to the Obscure No More program and Author Media. Can anyone tell me if there are detailed technical instructions for recording and uploading an audiobook on this site? I have read the blog posts, but am wondering whether there are step-by-step instructions on Author Media or if I should invest in other training. I’m specifically looking at Audiobooks Made Easy by Derek Doepker based on a webinar I attended, but I am not clear on the details his training provides. If you have insight, it would be much appreciated. I’m getting three-hundred-dollared to death in my author quest and don’t want to purchase another barely useful training for something I may already have access to here or could easily replicate with a youtube search. Thanks for your expertise!
