Buying back the rights to my book

I’m thinking of leaving my current publisher, buying back the rights to my two-part novel and going indie. (Scary!) Has anyone here done this?

The book titles will remain the same, but the series title and covers will likely change. Will I need new ISBNs? Can I keep my excellent reviews on Amazon?

There are more than sufficient legal grounds to dissolve the relationship, as the publisher broke the contract in numerous ways.

Has anyone gone through this changeover?
