Cover design with photo or illustration of an actual location

Hi All, My book “Made to Last Forever” is based on a the oldest frame house in America. I’m looking for a cover designer that will work with a photo or illustration of this house. Has any one worked with a designer that would use photos or illustrations? Thanks for your help.
