Endorsements for a second book in a series

I got some solid endorsements for book one in my duology, but I’m wondering how one goes about it for book 2.

Because reaching out to the same people feels like I’m imposing and simply repeating myself (to the readers. Like “hey, this person still likes it.”). But it doesn’t make a ton of sense to find new people because they’d need to read book 1 first and that seems like a big ask. Have any of you dealt with this/how have you handled it?
