German market

Gave away over 500 ebooks of #1 of the golden retriever mysteries in Germany with almost no read-through. Trying again today with book 5, which has less backstory and maybe is more interesting to the German market. I’ll be following these results.

It may mean that, at least in Germany, the best entry point for attracting new readers isn't necessarily the chronological first book—it's the one with the most irresistible premise.
