Great editors found here

I have been using a verrrrry expensive editor (who works with major Christian publishers and agents). But as I looked at our finances, I thought, “Who else is out there?” Joanna Penn’s website has an area that lists available editors. I selected one, had her do a sample chapter, and ta da! I have a new editor for 1/3 the price! However, I don’t send them rough drafts. The writing goes through several drafts on my own + hubby, then my critique group, then Grammarly Pro, and THEN I send it to an editor. That way, they don’t have so much “heavy lifting” to do on your project. HTH.
