Has anyone been able to see pre-order stats with Ingram Spark?

My paperback is available for pre-order on Amazon via IngramSpark, but I couldn’t seem to find any stats on how that was going on my IngramSpark dashboard. I can see Kindle pre-orders on KDP just fine. When I emailed Ingram Spark, they said they couldn’t track that because the pre-orders aren’t real sales. Am I understanding that answer correctly? Has anyone else encountered this? It’s not a huge issue, but I’d still like to know how many pre-orders I have.
