How to prep build/prep launch team? (Book Launch Blueprint no longer available?)

I’m at the tail end of prepping everything needed to submit my book (a debut urban fantasy novel) to my formatter, and soon it’ll be time to get back to all the things I started prepping or looking into for the launch, including building a launch team.

I’m aware that Thomas had a specific method, but as he mentions in his most recent podcast, he doesn’t share about it freely in the podcasts and it looks like the Book Launch Blueprint course became unavailable after its last live run in 2024. (Someone please correct me if I’m wrong; but I’ve looked repeatedly for a purchase option over the year and never found one.)

What options or resources are available and best for me to look into at this stage? I have tons of notes and ideas scrounged together over the years from the podcast or other articles and resources, but they’ve piled up and overlapped or conflicted over the years, and I’m just a little overwhelmed by figuring out what my exact strategy and next steps should be.
