Indie vs traditional publishing?

I’m new to the forum, so forgive me if there’s a thread on this somewhere. I missed it. I’ve been a podcaster since 2011. (Thomas helped me get started way back then). I just finished my first book (nonfiction), and am researching publishing options. What are your thoughts on independent vs traditional vs hybrid publishing?
