KDP or Ingram for consolidated Amazon page

So I’m doing POD and was going to used Ingram because the quality tends to be better (I know some research says KDP and Ingram use the same printers but there is a difference to quality and paper). I’m still using Ingram for author copies but I’m considering using KDP for POD because Amazon still hasn’t consolidated the Ingram paperback and KDP ebook page.

The only catch is that I have to print the interior part pages slightly differently because of KDP margin restrictions. Any thoughts on if readers would care about this or reasons to use one over the other?
