Kickstarter logistics question

Background info: Once I launch, I plan to use KDP to print my first novel on demand.

Before the amazon launch, I plan to run a kickstarter campaign. Where do I get those book printed - the books I send to the kickstarter backers? What are the options and the pros and cons?
