Launch Team Question?

Thomas was very clear about the reasons to NOT use Facebook for a launch team.

I tried to want to use Discord, but I just can’t. It doesn’t fit me and won’t fit the people who will be on my launch team.

EVERYWHERE I read says to use a Facebook group. Ugh.

Right now I’m planning an old school group email and weekly Zoom meetings.

What are my options so that reviews are taken down (the Facebook/Amazon issue) but that people will want to use? I’m open to all the suggestions. My launch team will run through Feb with the actual launch date on February 20th.
