Legit? Or not...

I’ve been approached by a company - www.rosman.ru interested in acquiring the Russian rights to my book.

They look legit - they published Harry Potter in Russia up until 2013. Any advice on what to look for in a regional rights contract?

I will use Thomas’s ‘Not a literary Agent’ to go over any contracts they might send.

Just wondering about anything else I should look out for.
