Looking for feedback on back cover copy - YA Sci Fi

Hi everyone, I’ve got a draft of my back cover blurb for my YA sci fi novel and wondered if you could help me find the weak points. Is it too long, or confusing? Too many proper nouns? I’m thinking I could maybe cut the last two sentences of paragraph 3:

“In the desert skies above Gaobeyna City, no ones flies faster than the Windriders—an elite, airborne police force charged with protecting the city’s borders and keeping internal order. As the most celebrated graduate of Windrider Academy, Ari has one goal: to launch into her rookie year in the Windrider Corps and become legendary. That dream shatters when a training accident ruins her reputation, sending her into self-exile in the surrounding wilderness.

Meanwhile, an ancient dark power lies dormant beneath the windblown sands. Eager to resurrect this malevolent force, a ruthless faction has emerged in the city’s underground, and they will do anything to reach the secrets buried beneath Gaobeyna. Worse yet, their airborne lethality rivals the Windriders Corps.

With Windriders taking heavy losses and the faction leaving craters across the city, old friends pull Ari back into a shadow of her former role. Their undercover team must race to unmask the faction’s elusive mastermind before he can unleash disaster on Gaobeyna. But not everything is as it seems. As the team digs further, Ari learns that betrayal runs not only to the highest political levels, but deep into her own past.

Still, not all ancient powers are evil. As Ari teeters between fleeing back to the wilderness or pursuing the future she once abandoned, she finds the key to unlocking another kind of power—maybe even one strong enough to halt the looming destruction. But will she have the courage to wield it?”

Thanks!
