Newbie with a big POD problem 2 weeks before launch

My book is set for launch on October 1st. Ebook and paperback are uploaded to Amazon and ready to go. This is a big book and so I had 100covers produce the cover AND interior for me so they could work with the margins and page count, etc. The gutter is pretty deep to accomodate the spine width. The outside margins are narrow but have been OK until now:

I’ve received and approved my KDP paperback print. Layout worked.

I’ve received proofs of hardback and paperback from Bookvault - they were fine.

I just received my proof from IngramSpark. The outside edge is cut so close to the text that on some pages the text is slightly trimmed off.

I also just received my author’s copies of paperbacks and hardbacks from BookVault. Same problem on both the hardbacks and paperbacks - even though the proofs for these were fine.

Now what??? I’ve got to go forward with my epub and KDP paperback releases. It’s too close to pull now and I have a Goodreads giveaway under way on the epub.

Do I need to have 100covers completely revamp these interiors for the print books? If they bring in these margins, that will change the page counts and thereby the spines and the book covers… I’ll be back to square one.

Do I move forward with the Amazon epub and KDP paperback and just get the rest of the distribution running after all of this is fixed? (I’m a new author and other than the epub giveaway I don’t have any ads running, etc. And was not banking on any big release events - just aiming for a long tail.)

So I send these back to Ingram and Bookvault as faulty printing? The digital proof (Ingram) didn’t look like this. And the print proofs from BookVault didn’t have this problem either.

Any advice??? I’m just trying to be calm.

EDITING to correct info: I just looked at a packing slip. It turns out these are ALL from BookVault. One came in a separate box so I thought it was the Ingram proof. The Ingram proof is supposed to be delievered today. Hopefully it will be OK. But is this normal for BookVault to be so OFF from the first prints? What next?
