Opinion on book cover in process

I am in edits of a non-fiction book about the growth and recovery of spiritual apathy in emergency services personnel. I have roughs of the book cover that I would like opinions on, if anyone would care to share. I am not a cover artist or graphics designer. Thanks in advance.
