Order of front matter in novel?

Indie author here—is there any protocol for the order of front matter in a novel? Like, does it matter whether I put the copyright page before or after the title page? What about the endorsements? The map?

Here is a list of all my front matter, if that helps:

• Endorsements (2 pages)

• Title page without my name (for signing)

• Blank page

• Title page with my name

• Copyright page

• Dedication page

• Blank page

• Map

• Blank page

• Chapter One

I’m trying to minimize unnecessary blank pages for the sake of efficiency… but I also don’t want it to look crowded (i.e. is it unprofessional to have the copyright facing the dedication…?). I’ve seen a variety of approaches in the books I read, so probably it’s just up to the publisher… but some sort of template would be nice! 😅
