I want to make sure I set up everything correctly for pre-orders. To have paperback and ebook pre-orders available, do you set the publish date through Ingram Spark a few days earlier than the KDP listing so they connect on Amazon? Is everything in the Aug. 7, 2018 episode of How To Set up Pre-Orders for Your Indie Book still accurate? Thank you!
