Print options for family-legacy type book

I have an editing client who has written a book she wants to have printed for her family (maybe a handful of copies) but not make available for sale. Do any of you have any experience or ideas on the best way to do that?

If there’s a post or episode on this issue, please feel free point me to it. I wasn’t quite sure what search term to use, so I probably missed a resource.
