Question About ElevenLabs - AudioBook Creation

Last week on author update Thomas mentioned being about to create an audiobook with a free account. I started working on that tonight, and I was stopped by an automated message that said Unusual activity was detected, and I couldn’t move forward. I sent them a message and received the reply below. Not sure how to move forward. Thoughts?

The "Unusual activity detected" message means our automatic anti-abuse system has restricted free-tier functionality on your account. The system applies this flag when it detects more than one free account associated with the same IP address. This can happen without any wrongdoing on your part - a VPN, shared household or office network, or a mobile carrier's pooled IP can all trigger it.

Unfortunately, this flag is applied and enforced automatically, and our support team has no way to manually clear it. Paid plans aren't subject to this free-tier restriction, so upgrading is the standard way to continue using the service. You can review the available plans here: https://elevenlabs.io/pricing
