Small Print Job Recommendations?

I’m trying to help a retired farmer publish his deceased wife’s novel. He wanted it professionally edited and in great quality so we hired a professional editor and a professional cover designer and the book is looking great.

However, the farmer doesn’t want to sign a traditional publishing deal or work with a hybrid and deal with the backend. He just wants a few copies of the book to keep as a memento and give away to friends and family who knew his wife.

Any ideas on a printer that would do that? Is Amazon the way to go?
