Title Formatting

Two questions

1. What does on the title page of a self-published book? I asked MS Word to apply the style for a title and it’s ginormous.

2. What is the best format for the first page of a chapter? I’m wondering about the font size for the title of the chapter.

Honestly, as I near the completion of my nonfiction book, I’m feeling a lot of lethargy. I’m tired of working on it and so everything I need to do is a burden. That’s not my usual approach to projects, and I’m not sure what is going on. Nevertheless, I’m forcing myself to go forward.
