Translation help?

Two years ago a reader approached me asking if she could translate one of my books into Portuguese. Two years later, after I’d forgotten all about it, she came back with a translation. Now I’m not sure how to handle it! I should probably have it edited somehow. Any advise on finding a Portuguese editor? Anyone with translation advise with wisdom to share?
