Video Podcast studio

On the Podcast Gear Guide, https://www.authormedia.com/resources/podcast-gear-guide/, it focuses on the audio.

If you do a video podcast, what do you use to manage lights? @Thomas Umstattd Jr. @Jonathan Shuerger ? And if you have 2 people in a room, what is the recommended microphone set up?

On the Gear Guide, it shows a teleprompter, which is video-oriented. It would be nice to have a section on the gear guide that focuses on video studio setup, especially lighting. (The Elgato recommended light is no longer available).

I will be using OBS for video input management.
