Wait for Audiobook or Publish by Easter?

I was trying to publish my Easter book (Christian Devotional) early to mid February to time it for Lent. The line edit is scheduled for 1/2/26 which keeps me on schedule.

But I don’t have time to do the audio book by then. It’s my 5th devotional book, 6th overall book published. But I haven’t published a book in a couple years (because of other life events). So part of me doesn’t want too much more time to go by before publishing, but Thomas is always saying “the biggest mistake Indies make is publishing too soon.” And to publish the audio book version at the same time. (And, to be candid, I don’t yet have audio versions of any of my books yet. That is the goal for 2026.)

So I feel like my options are to (1) wait until Easter 2027 (and release everything at once—print, audio, workbook) and let additional time go by, OR (2) publish the print versions now and the audio & workbook later in the year… or even (3) publish at a time that isn’t near Easter.

I see pros/cons either way. Any guidance or thoughts?
