What Do I Do For Virtual Pitches?

Hey Everyone! I have an upcoming virtual pitch appointment with an editor. I heard in one lesson to have a One Page and 3 Page Synopsis for an in person pitch. I am wondering if this still applies for virtual pitches, or should I start working on something else?
I’d also love any pitching tips! Thanks!
