When Demand Exceeds Supply

This is the goal, now that I have decided to delay my launch in order to build excitement. (The conference was excellent, by the way! Don’t miss it next year.)

The niggling thing in the back of my mind was Thomas talking about the launch where the author (pastor if I remember correctly) sold out early on the first day, leaving a scramble.

My book will be available both on IngramSparks and Amazon, and of course both are POD. I am self-publishing, and want to plan ahead in the (hopefully) likely event that my novel gains traction. That’s the plan and belief.

Any experience in this? Maybe Thomas will chime in as to how they solved it.
