When to trust Publisher Rocket...or not?

I did a massive amount of searching and comparison on Publisher Rocket to choose the words for my keyword boxes on Amazon, following the strategy advised by Dave Chesson.

However, some of my search results with the best combination of high search volume and incredibly low competitive scores were…incredibly generic sounding phrases? Things like: “good mystery novels,” “Christian murder mystery book,” “Christian thriller book series,” “thriller by Christian authors.”

Really? 🤨 I was going to have my launch team search for my book using my chosen keywords, but it’s hard to fathom that they’ll find it by searching “good mystery novels” 🤦🏻‍♀️ despite its supposed stats on Publisher Rocket.

My book’s also currently not showing up (on the first page) for nearly ALL of my keyword box words; but according to Gemini, that’s because it’s not live yet and there’s only a digital pre-order available. Although if you search its title or the keyword-filled subtitle, it’ll still pop up right away. Thoughts?
