Which printer do you use?

Has anyone found a good print on demand company that can print cloth covered hardbacks with a custom logo on the cover? I see that Bookvault can do cloth covers, but it looks like they can only print in one font, nothing custom.

For those of you printing nice hardbacks, what printers are you using? 🙂
