Word to Scrivener to Vellum...or...?

I just got back my edited manuscript from the editor (she used Word with track changes).

I originally wrote in Scrivener and will use Vellum to format.

What do I do next?

Do I accept changes and then import it back into Scrivener or do I accept changes and then take it straight to Vellum?

I’m self publishing and this is my first book. Whats the easiest way to get the manuscript to the next step?
