AI Training Lawsuit Fake?

Back when tutorial books still sold, I wrote a couple. This claims my book from 2004 was used to train AI. It can have all the info it wants on a 22 year old 3d software.

Interesting side note: That book was translated to Russian and my editor didn’t know. I found out when I started getting questions from Russian students. Eventually they rounded up a copy for me.
