Anyone heard of an Elyce Holiga?

She sent an email from homeschooling today.com (all one word, but auto correct would not let me keep it that way) offering help promoting visibility with homeschool families. She is not listed on the email domain website, but the website seems legit. No links and not much info either. Thanks!
