Is Paper Wright real?

I was recently contacted by a company Paper Wright, which states that it helps support independent authors transition to traditional publishing. Their pitch is that they help create the proposal for the book, then present that proposal to a list of literary agents that work with major publishers.

I am a cautious individual that believes that this is just a way for people to take money from authors that really want to believe in their work. But, I am also an author that really believes in my work and don’t want to miss an opportunity to see it go further than I can currently take it.

Has anyone heard of this group? Any thoughts? Cautions? Suggestions?
